Pre Engineered Systems

During the first crucial moments of fire, our fire suppression systems can offer immediate response. When the detectors accurately detect the fire, the system will raise the alarm. This system can be useful for places where required amount of water supply might not be available. With our pre-engineered fire suppression systems can easily extinguish the commercial cooking fires and prevent unquantifiable damage. Our Pre-Engineered Systems- KATS are useful for suppressing Class K fires.

Electrical Cabinets Panel Flooding System DLP

The UL listed thermo sensitive tube is the lifeline of the whole system and act as the responded for any fire/temperature rise in the enclosure. Fire Detection Tubing (FDT) is installed throughout the electrical cabinet.

When a fire break out, the point on the pressurized FDT nearest the heat source will burst, allowing the fire suppression agent to flow from the extinguishing agent cylinder through the tubing, and out of the rupture hole which forms nozzle and extinguishes directly at the source of the fire. The result is a long discharge of agent in the immediate vicinity of the fire, suppressing the fire where it starts. Direct Low pressure Systems can also be used in cable runs and trays.

Our Pre-engineered Fire Trace fire suppression systems are usually available in 2 configurations: Indirect Release and Direct Release. In a direct release system, the suppressant agent comes via the hole in the tube directly. However, for indirect release the tube, which acts as a detection device it, tells the fire suppression system to discharge the fire suppressing agent through other pipes and nozzles and eventually extinguish the fire.

Direct Release Systems

During a fire, the portion of the tube nearest the point where the most heat is detected ruptures, forming a comprehensive spray nozzle.

The pressure decreases as the tubing releases the entire contents of the cylinder through the spray nozzle (burst hole) to effectively suppress the fire.

A direct release system can be installed to protect multiple enclosures using a single cylinder by routing additional tubing to each enclosed space.

Both direct and indirect systems are available in low- and high-pressure functionality for areas of any size. A fire suppression specialist will determine which system is right for your application.

Indirect Release Systems

Once the tubing detects the fire, it ruptures, resulting in a drop of pressure causing the indirect valve to activate. The valve diverts flow from the detection tube to the larger outlet ports.

When the fire suppression system kicks in, a suppressing agent is discharged from the cylinder through the diffuser nozzles, flooding the area while effectively suppressing the fire quickly and thoroughly.

An indirect release system is typically used in larger areas that require a high volume of extinguishing agents to suppress the fire effectively.

Kitchen Suppression System

The flexible Fire Detection Tubing (FDT) is installed directly inside the extractor hood-directly above cooking areas. When a fire occurs, the point on the pressurized FDT nearest the heat source will burst at 175 deg C. The Sudden tube depressurization actuates the special pressure differential valve and instantly floods the cooking area with Class F extinguishing agent. The fire is quickly suppressed just moments after it began... minimizing damage and downtime.

Rotarex (Brand Name: Firedetec) systems use a proprietary continuous linear sensor tube that reliably detects and actuates release of the extinguishing agent using pneumatic technology. It is more flexible, space efficient and cost effective versus alternative mechanical or electronic systems. It provides simple reliable protection for Kitchen hoods.
